Waterlily....

Well January has flown by and here we are in February and I am back to share a card with you which I created for the start of this months Anything Goes Challenge over at Bizzy Becs. 

I have used the Waterlily Digital Stamp exclusive to Bizzy Becs and have coloured it using Altenew Watercolour and Metallic paints sets.  I have listed the colours used below.

Brushstroke Flowers #2....

Hi again, dropping in today to share another creation with you.

  For my card , I have used some Distress Oxide Ink Pads, Tim Holtz 3D embossing folder and Tim Holtz Sizzix dies  and have to say I am quite happy with the result.

Firstly,  I die cut the flowers & leaves from watercolour paper then put various colours of ink pad onto my craft sheet and spritzed them with water.  I then smooshed the flowers around in the ink until I was happy with look.  Oxide always drys a little lighter so I made sure it was a heavy application.   The process was then repeated with the leaves.  When they were dry I inked around the outside of the die cuts with Walnut Stain Distress Ink pad and then used my Foundry Wax for some gold highlights.

The embossed background was wiped over lightly with Kitsch Flamingo to create a pop of colour and then die cut to fit nicely on my card base.

Happy New Year.....

Hi everyone.

Dropping in today to share with you my latest card and to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

For my card I have used a digital stamp from Bizzy Becs Store,  coloured it up with Copic Markers and a touch of Windsor & Newton Drawing Ink for some sparkle.  This is such a versatile digi, can be used for Christmas or Birthdays.

I also dragged out my minc machine and foiled the greeting using Heidi Swapp reactive paper with gold foil.

Mouse on Bauble…..

Hi everyone.

Little Santa with Present....

Hi everyone, just dropping in today to share with you my first Christmas card for the year.

Yikes can you believe it is December and soon it will be Christmas, this year has really flown by so quickly.

Seas the Day....

 

Hi everyone, dropping in today to share some inspiration with you.  

  I a few days ago, I was bitten on the palm of my hand by a bee when folding up the washing, so have found using my hand very sore and as it was swollen,  it made it very hard to bend my fingers .  Now the swelling has subsided I can get back to crafting - yay.

For my card I am using a stamp set from Altenew called Seas the Day.  As the card was  being done as a birthday card I found that the sailing boat was going to be perfect for  what I had in mind.

I coloured the stamped image with Polychromos Pencils and you will find the colours used are listed below.  My background was coloured using Distress Oxides and for the sky I used my cloud stencil.

Statement Flowers.....

 Hi everyone.

Wow October has just flown by so fast, can't believe how close we are to Christmas.

Today I would like to share with you my latest creation using a stamp from Altenew called Statement Flowers.  Such a pretty stamp.

To create my card I first stamped my flowers over the top portion of my card, then coloured with my Copic Markers.  To highlight my flowers I then came in with  Prisma Coloured pencils to create depth. 

My background is also done using a Prisma Coloured Pencil and Zest It.  Finally I flicked some White & Black from my Posca Pens over the completed piece and  then die cut to create the top feature. The bottom piece is a left over from the inside of  my Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Die.
