Happy Mail

Today I would like to share with you a card I made using a fabulous image "Happy Mail"  by Tiddly Inks.  Their stamps are just so adorable and Bec has a range of acrylic stamps available in store here for purchase now.  They are on sale so hop in quick as they won't stay around for long.

Also used are elements from Bec's cardmaking kit #1 (pearls, ribbon & birthday greeting) there is a great range of Christmas and Card Making Kits available in store here.   The lace used was also purchased from Bec and there is a great range available to purchase here.  So pop on over and check them out together with all the other goodies that are currently being offered at special prices, there is something for everyone.

I have used copics to colour her with and had a bit of play using shades of red to tip the hair.  I must say I am very pleased with the result and given her a spotty dress.

There is currently a challenge over at Tiddly Inks called "Anything Goes"  so I am also entering this one into that.

Thanks for dropping by, have a wonderful day.

Happy Crafting

Tag It!

Woohoo its November and that means it is time for another challenge at Bizzy Becs.  The challenge for this month is to create a Tag.  Now it can be a stand alone tag or it can be a tag somewhere on your creation and is by DT Michelle.

There is a fabulous prize on offer again this month a Tiddly Inks stamp "Beach Babe".  These stamps are relatively new to Bizzy Becs and are very cute.  You can find them here.

For my tag I have had a play with a new background that I recently was shown called "Alcohol Float"  it was lots of fun playing with the alcohol inks and gesso and am pleased with the overall effect.  I used a combination of Pool, Juniper, Sandal & Sailboat Blue, these are from my own stash.  Prior to inking I used a spellbinder M -bossability folder called Ornament Iron and there are a few different ones that you can pre order from Becs store here.

Also used on the tag is a Blue Butterfly Digi stamp called " Little Santa holding a present" these are available at Bizzy Becs here and there are lots of categories to choose from.  He is coloured with Copics and the fur on his outfit is painted with Aleenes True Snow.   I also used  the Memory Box die Frostyville Wreath which was a Christmas release from last year and creatively cut it apart and used the snowflakes which I covered in Crystal Stickles.  Memory Box dies can be preordered at here plus there are lots of other brand dies available.

The tree is Tim Holtz Pine Tree die cut from grunge board and coloured up with Distress Paints, the tips of the tree I painted with the True Snow also from my own stash.    At the bottom of the tag is Green Tara Burlap Ribbon  in coffee and is available to purchase in store here in a fabulous range of colours.  The Merry Christmas at the bottom is from my own stash and are metal  gift tags that I purchased from K-Mart at the end of Christmas a few years back.

Don't forget to pop on over to the Store Blog  and check out the fabulous inspiration from the other Design Team girls.

Looking forward to seeing your creations, happy crafting.
