Simple Rose Spray....

Today is the start of the new 'Anything Goes' challenge with the option Birthdays over at The Crafters Cafe Challenge Blog for 2025 .

Little Patch Puppy....

 Hi everyone all welcome to our new challenge at The Crafters Cafe Challenge Blog.

This month our theme #311 is  Rainbows / Lots of  Colours

For my image I have chosen Little Patch Pupply from All Dressed Up and have coloured it up using Prisma Coloured Pencils, then sat the image on two different coloured frames and complimented it with a coloured sentitment.

In the ear of the puppy is a fine paisley print which I have coloured using gel pens

Lovely Roses....

Hello again.

Today is the start of our new Challenge Month over at Bizzy Becs and am sharing my card I created for this new challenge month.

When I created this card  I wanted it have a masculine slant, however upon completion I am not convinced it is suitable for a male.  However I still very much love how my card turned out, it looks very elegant.

I have used another Digital Stamp exclusive to Bizzy Becs as my feature for my card and have sat it onto a gold frame which compliments the very Dark Green embossed background which I have wiped with Lunar Paste in Gold Rush, so easy to use. 

I coloured the roses with Karin Brush Markers and applied a wash over the monstera leaves behind. I then texturised the leaves by colouring with Prisma Coloured pencils and love how even though I worked with a Blue and Green theme, love how the Prisma Colour Pencils on the leaves make the roses pop.

Brushstroke Flowers #2....

Hi again, dropping in today to share another creation with you.

  For my card , I have used some Distress Oxide Ink Pads, Tim Holtz 3D embossing folder and Tim Holtz Sizzix dies  and have to say I am quite happy with the result.

Firstly,  I die cut the flowers & leaves from watercolour paper then put various colours of ink pad onto my craft sheet and spritzed them with water.  I then smooshed the flowers around in the ink until I was happy with look.  Oxide always drys a little lighter so I made sure it was a heavy application.   The process was then repeated with the leaves.  When they were dry I inked around the outside of the die cuts with Walnut Stain Distress Ink pad and then used my Foundry Wax for some gold highlights.

The embossed background was wiped over lightly with Kitsch Flamingo to create a pop of colour and then die cut to fit nicely on my card base.
