Hats or Crowns!!

This week over at Theme Thursday the topic is "Hats or Crowns". Whilst looking through some pictures that I have saved over time I found this little cutie and couldn't resist using her for this weeks theme.

I have also used some German Scraps, Swarovski crystals and a quote which I googled.
