Today I am sharing with you my card made for the new 'Anything Goes' challenge starting today over at Bizzy Becs.
For my card I have used the following:
Taylored Expressions - Stamp & Die set Hoot Hoot Hooray
- Balloons Die
Lawn Fawn - Small Stitched Rectangles Die

I have used copic markers to colour up the owls and the shaker balloons contain a mixture of mini prills by Art Quest and small plastic diamonds. The small stick on bubbles are by Doodlebug Designs - these are from my own stash.
